That’s Called a ReMix (Vocal Academy)

We’re so glad this has been officially announced, so now we can share all of our thoughts about it with all of you!

It seems some people have been busy planning a cool little undertaking for this summer.  Here’s a video that explains what’s up:

Okay, we know this whole announcement sounds pretty freakin’ cool, but we need to address the most obvious and important thing about this video straight away.

KEITH IS WEARING STYLISH CLOTHES!  Like, multiple outfits and everything!  That leather jacket?

Legitimately cool.  We don’t even have to grade it on the Kevin-scale.  Unless there’s like, a giant Mickey Mouse applique on the back that we can’t see.  And the jeans and half-zip black shirt are also a winning combination. He even accessorized! Nice ring and watch combo!

We’re just so… proud.

And of course, McCrockett’s looking swaggy too — his mixed-media black jacket is also a big winner. We’d like to point out that there’s not a pair of khaki pants to be seen on either of them in this entire video. Our hearts just grew three sizes. Each.

And what a neat idea they’re going for with ReMix Vocal Academy.  Although they’re clearly missing their third Jonas Brother for this Camp Rock: A Cappella adventure.  But just look how happy they are to be back together in Aca-land!

Also of note: visual confirmation that Kevin’s a lefty.  Which we’ve somehow never noticed before, and yet it makes total sense, doesn’t it?  (We don’t even know what we mean by that.)

And take a look at the girl with the red scarf.  You know this thing is going to be awesome if world champion ice dancer Meryl Davis is on board.

(The resemblance is uncanny, right?)

So, check out the website for this little endeavor: ReMix Vocal Academy.  We did notice one thing that was missing from the FAQ section, though: Will there be a workshop on how to do the LSR?  ‘Cause we imagine that would be a deal-maker for most people.

And hey, if you’re in the right age range (15-25) and decide to audition for and attend this, make sure to let us know how it goes.  We’re always going to support anything that keeps the McBesties together, so we’ll be curious to know how it all turns out.

SOooo cool, what a brilliant thing to do! but hang on… what’s with that McNoSpec’s pic…? !!!!! anyone else find themselves looking at it sideways, not quite sure what to make of it?

Oh. Hot. Dang. Yay for fantastic style choices! Black with jeans is a good look on everybody, especially the McBesties.

Now if only I didn’t sound a lot like that baby seal when being clubbed by Kevin, I would totally be way more excited (and I’m totally stoked) and go out for this… Le sigh. Hahaha 🙂

Congrats and best of wishes to the guys on this exciting new venture!!

Can we get a round of applause and a freeze frame high-five for Keith rockin’ some swagtastic clothes?
Also, this looks so much fun!

This sounds so cool! If I were 15-21 I would be auditioning.

T&C–I am very surprised you didn’t notice (you two catch everything) Keith was a lefty. I noticed on your babysitting post picture where he is holding the little boy. 🙂

    • Wait, we might be even less observant that we thought. Little boy? We didn’t notice Keith’s handedness because we were so distracted by the awesome boots on who we thought was a little girl. Either way, we still love the boots. 🙂

Definitely a(n adorable!) girl. Definitely fierce boots.

So sorry! I’m apparently not very observant and my memory is failing me–that’s what happens when you reach 35. I should have gone back to look at the pic. SHE is an adorable little girl with very cute boots on. I hope I have not offended anyone. 🙂
